Many Anglo-Catholic parishes use the Anglican Missal, or some variation of it such as the English Missal, for the celebration of the Eucharist. Variations include the Anglican Service Book and A Manual of Anglo-Catholic Devotion, and the directive books A Priest's Handbook by Dennis Michno and Ceremonies of the Eucharist by Howard E. Galley.
This is why many Anglo-Catholic parishes in the United States prefer to use what is called the Anglican Missal. This liturgy takes the Prayer Book’s rite for Holy Communion (usually the one found in the edition) and brings it into conformity with the Western rite by reintroducing those deleted elements. PREFACE TO THE REVISED EDITION. N EARLY half a century has passed since the first edition of Mr. Procter's History of the Book of Common Prayer was published: it has been a period full of an enthusiasm for liturgical studies which is almost, if not quite, without parallel. While these facts speak eloquently of the solidity and value of Mr. Procter's work, they also explain amply the reasons.
The Missal, called Divine Worship – The Missal, is remarkable in that its texts are largely drawn from the Book of Common Prayer and the Anglican tradition or patrimony. It contains the Order for the Mass, and the variable prayers and other scriptural texts, instructions and rubrics and music, and the liturgical calendar for Ordinariate. I am a great enthusiast for the Liturgy of the Hours. It holds a key, I believe, to the evangelization of the culture. (If you want to know my arguments, I have included them in both books, the Little Oratory and the Way of Beauty). Whatever our thoughts on the appropriateness of the vernacular in the Mass, I do think that the availability of the Liturgy of the Hours in the vernacular is one.

The only thing missing from the book is the explicit sacrificial language of the Roman Missal and the invocation of the Virgin Mary and the saints.
